The CAVA Project is based on the cross-temporal structural system of Greek architecture “Beam over Column”, as well as on the contemporary “Dom-Ino House” concept by Le Corbusier. Each CAVA product, then, resembles a building of small scale made of a/ columns b/ slabs (shelves) and c/walls (bottle holders), allowing for smaller or larger compositions depending on the available space, easily assembled and collapsed.
Columns
They are made of solid steel of 18mm diameter, with galvanized coating or in the natural black colour of steel with varnish coating, in 3 different heights (50, 100 and 200cm). They are available either with wheels for trolley CAVA, or on a fixed base for free standing or wall-mounted CAVA.
Slabs
They are made of solid steel, solid wood or marble with laser-cutting. Steel slabs are 3mm thick, available in electrostatic coating in RAL colours or in clear varnish, in different finishes. Wooden and marble slabs are 20mm thick, treated with matte varnish.
Bottle Holders
They are made of galvanized steel and are lined with removable rubber for the protection of bottles. They are suitable for small or large bottles of up to 11.5cm diameter or for any size of bottle upon request. Metal columns bearing bottle holders are made of solid steel of 6mm diameter and are available in galvanized coating or in the natural black colour of steel with varnish coating.
